CHRISTMAS NEWSLETTER
Dear Parents/Carers
This term has flown by and has become increasingly busy as we approach the Christmas period. Again there have been many achievements and successes by our pupils reflected in this newsletter.
The school is always looking for ways to improve and at the start of this term GCSE courses have been started/ piloted on the South Site in Maths, English and Science with Year 10 pupils. A record number of senior pupils are now attending college link courses of their choice from both sites.
In the final week of this term, pupils will have experienced many Christmas enrichment activities including school plays , carol services , trips and activities. I would like to thank the efforts of the staff for making these a great success.
Finally I would like to take this opportunity to thank all parents/carers for their continued support and on behalf of Bank View High School wish you a Merry Cristmas and a Happy New Year.
I R WRIGHT
Headteacher
Thanks
to a great deal of support from parents, staff and pupils. We raised £205.25.
We held a raffle, ran a disco, penalty shoot out competition and a non uniform day.
Everyone had great fun and I would like to thank everyone for their contribution towards this worthwhile cause.
